Fisher-price Learning Table!!!

Mummy has been eyeing this toy for the past 2 weeks... since one of Mummy's friends from SMH talked about it. She took one look at it at Robinson's on Wednesday during lunchtime, and promptly fell in love, hahaha. So on Thursday evening she dragged Papa to Taka to get it for me! Mummy hopes that I will be able to practise and improve on my motor skills with this new toy, as she thinks I'm developing a little slower compared to other babies my age (Aiya, Kimi, why you spoil market? Wakakkakakakkakakaka). This table has soooooo many different types of activities for me to do, and it plays sooooo many nice sounds and songs also. I LOVE IT!

Caught in the act exploring my new toy toy!

Close up of the toy for my friends who are interested

Flashing lights! Music! Many different types of activities! What more could a babe ask for?

Adventures at Rasa Sentosa Resort

Hello, welcome to a day in the life of Claire.

Here I am relaxing on the balcony of our room. Cool huh. I can pretend that I'm in Bintan (looks about the same when I look out, anyhow.)

Me and Mummy enjoying picture-taking.

Daddy has this thing about changing into a bathrobe the minute he steps into a hotel room. We have no idea why.

Adventures in Sentosa

Last weekend Mummy declared that she was sick and tired of staying on mainland Singapore so we went overseas for a night. Yup, you guessed it - Rasa Sentosa Resort Singapore!

Let me tell you about the trip. Here's me in my new Gymboree one-piece which Mummy loves.

Toothless grin...

Oooo... At the beach with Mummy and Daddy

Green Pea Puree with rice cereal

This is one of my weekend lunches. Ok, so it doesn't look like the most appetizing thing in the world, but it sure tastes good, and it's prepared with lots of love from my mummy, so what more could I ask for? Mummy tastes every puree and even the cereal I eat to make sure that she's not making me eat horrid stuff. The only thing which I eat which she so far hasn't been able to bring herself to taste is frozen breastmilk - she's amazed that I didn't reject drinking it as it's got such a strong metallic smell (which she has been told is normal). But well, I know it's all my mummy's hard work, and consists of all the goodness my mummy wants to pass to me!

For those interested in my food progress, so far, I've eaten: vegetables - carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, potato, green peas; fruits - apple, pear, avocado, durian (just a taste); cereal - Heinz baby rice and brown rice with si sen from some medical hall. I have also eaten egg yolk which caused my infamous food allergy attack. Haiz.

Potty Training

Have I mentioned that I have my very own potty now? It all started when I refused to poo during the weekends... or actually I should just say, I REFUSE to poo during the weekends. Anyway, Mummy gets very worried whenever I do that, though Granny constantly assures her that I have NO problem whatsoever with pooing during weekdays. So Daddy came up with the bright idea that since I usually use a potty at Granny's house, I may poo if they buy me a potty to use at home. Since acquiring the potty about 1 month ago, Mummy has been dutifully shee-sheeing and ng-nging me every Saturday and Sunday morning, but so far she has only been rewarded with one pool of pee. Which goes to show one thing: Don't force the Clairester to do things she doesn't like! *evil snicker*

Daddy, why are you taking a picture of this too??? *shy*

My ABC Adventure

Ok, Mummy did something cute for me, but try as she might she couldn't upload it onto my blog. So she's leaving the URL here first while she figures out how to do it. *rolls eyes* In the meantime, if you have the time, just click on the link below to see me starring in my first music video, ok??!!
